Job summary

Bolido Food Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. seeks an organized accounting professional to manage full-set accounts and month-end closing within a manufacturing environment. You will handle AP, AR, and GL, conduct data entry, and ensure accurate reconciliations.

You will support monthly P&L and balance sheets, prepare vouchers and receipts, and assist SST filings. Strong Excel and accounting software knowledge are required, with attention to deadlines and precise record-keeping.

Qualifications

• Possess at least LCCI, Diploma in Accounting or equivalent professional Accounting qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar accounting or bookkeeping role within the manufacturing industry.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SQL, Auto Count, SAP).
• Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with Chinese skills being a plus for broader communication.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts and month-end closing activities.
• Process daily accounting operations including AP, AR and GL.
• Perform data entry for invoices, payments, and receipts into the accounting system.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and account reconciliations.
• Prepare payment vouchers, official receipts, and petty cash reimbursements.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly P&L statements and balance sheets.
• Assist in filing SST submissions.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation for records and audit.
• Perform other account duties as assigned by superior.
