Mep Enviro Technology Sdn Bhd in Bukit Mertajam is hiring for an accounting support role on a full-time, on-site basis. You will handle data entry, bookkeeping, AP/AR, invoicing, bank reconciliations, and assist with monthly financial reports.

The position welcomes fresh graduates and requires basic knowledge of Autocount/Excel, with multilingual abilities seen as an advantage for cross-border coordination.

Qualifications

• Professional certificate or diploma in finance/accountancy/banking or equivalent.

• Basic knowledge of accounting software (Autocount) and Excel is an advantage.
• Able to work with numbers accurately and with attention to detail.
• Multilingual capabilities are beneficial for cross-border operations.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting tasks including data entry and bookkeeping.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments.
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure financial accuracy.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of records.
• Assist in monthly financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Support e-invoicing, tax, and audit preparation.
• Handle banking duties and payment follow-ups.
• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the manager.

Pay
