You will prepare invoices, purchase orders, and payment vouchers, while monitoring receivables and supporting monthly closing and financial reporting. Qualifications

• Basic understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
• Familiarity with SQL Accounting System or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting and finance operations
• Prepare and issue invoices, credit notes and debit notes
• Prepare and process Purchase Orders (PO)
• Record and maintain accounting transactions using SQL Accounting System
• Handle AP and AR transactions
• Prepare payment vouchers, receipts and other accounting documents
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments and receivables
• Assist with monthly account closing and financial reporting
• Maintain proper accounting records and filing
• Liaise with suppliers, customers and internal departments
• Perform other accounting duties as assigned by management
