Job summary

EXEO Group in Malaysia, Selangor is seeking a capable Accounts Assistant to support daily bookkeeping, AR/AP, and GL activities. You will prepare schedules and reconciliations, process payments, and assist in monthly management reports.

You will liaise with auditors, tax agents, corporate secretaries, and bankers, with exposure to SAP and advanced Excel. Diploma holders with keen attention to detail are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Min Diploma in Accounting / Finance.
• Experience in using MS Excel.
• Knowledge in SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic bookkeeping duties including Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable and General Ledger, including preparation of schedules and reconciliations.
• Process payments and ensure the compliance to Company policy for matters such as purchase requisition, verification of supplier invoice, etc.
• Assist in preparation of monthly reports for management review.
• Assist in handling auditors, tax agents, corporate secretary, and banker.
• Any other duties assigned as and when it required.
