Job summary

Private Advertiser in Malaysia seeks an Accounts Executive for a 1-year full-time contract to manage AR/AP functions, monthly management accounts, bank reconciliations and year-end audit coordination.

You will prepare journals, liaise with auditors, and produce weekly reports on sales, collections, and aging, while ensuring accurate vendor payments and employee claims. Prior SAP experience and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in Accounts / AR / AP.
• Experience handling both AR and AP functions.
• Familiar with monthly management accounts, bank reconciliation and journal entries.
• Able to liaise with auditors for year-end audit and communicate with customers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts, bank reconciliation, and provision journals.
• Coordinate with auditors on year-end audit.
• Manage AR: customer data creation, invoice matching, SOA distribution, credit applications.
• Prepare weekly sales/collection/aging reports.
• Monitor AP: supplier payments and staff claims.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned by CFO.
