Job summary

E-Tech IT Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking an Accounts Executive to own a broad range of AR and AP functions and work closely with senior leadership. You will handle monthly management accounts, bank reconciliations, and provision journals to ensure timely financial reporting.

The role offers exposure to end-to-end processes, from management accounts preparation to coordinating year-end audits, and provides opportunities to deepen hands-on accounting experience within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounting experience in AR/AP and general ledger
• Experience coordinating year-end audits and liaising with auditors
• Strong communication with internal teams and external parties

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts with bank reconciliations
• Coordinate year-end audits with external auditors
• Manage accounts receivable functions: data creation, invoicing, SOA distribution, credit analysis
• Produce weekly sales, collection, and aging reports
• Monitor accounts payable: supplier payments and staff claims
• Support CFO with ad hoc duties and cross-functional finance tasks
