Job summary

Kuala Lumpur Pavilion Sdn Bhd is seeking a diligent accounting professional to manage daily financial processes in Kuala Lumpur. The role involves updating cash book, reconciling monthly bank statements, and entering data for AP, AR and GL.

You will prepare journal entries, manage fixed assets and inventories, and assist in tax computations. You will also generate supporting notes for the Financial Statements and prepare ad-hoc analyses and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with

Qualifications

• Diploma/Advance Diploma/Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
• ACCA/CIMA/MACPA finalist preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Able to handle full set of accounts.
• Well-versed with accounting standards, guidelines and regulations.
• Demonstrates maturity and ability to work efficiently with high level of accuracy and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Update cash book and prepare monthly bank reconciliation.
• Data entries into system of AP, AR and GL.
• Prepare journal entries.
• Handle fixed assets register.
• Handle inventory module and perform regular stock take.
• Generate and prepare supporting notes for Financial Statements.
• Assist in tax computation.
• Prepare ad-hoc analysis and reports.

Education
