Job summary

HFC Tech Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking an Accounts Executive to handle AP/AR, GL, and month-end closings. You will prepare management reports, monitor cash flow, and liaise with auditors and banks.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma/Degree in Accounting, 3–5 years' experience, and proficiency in Excel and AutoCount; Mandarin and English are required to communicate with clients.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience; full set accounts experience preferred.
• Familiar with AP, AR, bank reconciliation, general ledger and month-end closing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and AutoCount.
• Knowledge of SST and e-Invoice is an advantage.
• Good command of English and Mandarin; Mandarin proficiency preferred.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Job description
