Job summary

Yk International Network Sdn Bhd is seeking an Accounting Executive to handle daily accounting tasks, reimbursements, and invoicing, supporting the finance team in achieving accuracy and transparency.

The role requires a degree in accounting, familiarity with bookkeeping, MS Excel, and accounting software such as Autocount or SQL, with attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information. Mandarin and English skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Accounting degree or closely related qualification.
• Experience as Accounting Assistant/Clerk preferred.
• Familiarity with basic bookkeeping and finance regulations.

Responsibilities

Working Days: 5 Working Days (3 members rotate alternative Saturday)

Role Overview

We are looking for an Accounting Executive to perform daily accounting tasks that will support our financial team. Accounting Executive responsibilities include managing expense reports and reimbursements, entering financial transactions into our internal databases and reconciling invoices. If you have an Accounting degree and are interested in gaining experience in bookkeeping procedures, we'd like to meet you. Ultimately, you will help our Accounting department run smoothly, ensuring transparency and efficiency in all transactions.

• Check spreadsheets for accuracy

Requirements & Skills

• Work experience as an Accounting Assistant or Accounting Clerk
• Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures
• Familiarity with finance regulations
• Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors
• Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software (e.g. Autocount, SQL)
• Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
• BSc/Ba in Accounting, Finance or relevant field
• Candidates who can speak in English and Mandarin would be an advantage
