Job summary

Asia Turfquip Supplies (M) Sdn Bhd is a trusted provider of turfquip equipment and solutions. The Accounts Executive will manage full sets of accounts, handle staff claims and petty cash, and prepare monthly payments and reconciliations.

The role requires a finance or accounting degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience, proficiency in SQL accounting software and MS Excel, and strong communication in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Minimum LCCI / Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accountancy or related field.
• 2 years of working experience in the related field.
• Proficient in accounting software (SQL) and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts.
• Manage staff claims and petty cash.
• Prepare payment vouchers for monthly recurring payments (utilities, internet, subscriptions).
• Day-to-day bookkeeping for AR and AP.
• Perform reconciliations including bank reconciliations.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents and bankers.
• Prepare monthly end closing and management reports.

Requirement

Minimum LCCI / Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accountancy, or related field.

At least 2 years of working experience in the related field.

Well served with accounting software (SQL)/ Microsoft Office: words, excel

Candidates must be able to converse in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, as role will required staff to liaise with Mandarin speaker

A self-motivated team player and able to work under minimum supervision

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Tasks & responsibilities

Responsible in full set of account

Staff's claim and petty cash manage

Prepare payment voucher for monthly recurring payment (such as office utilities, internet, or a subscription)

Responsible for day-to-day bookkeeping and general accounting on AR, AP

To handle reconciliations of accounts, including bank reconciliations

Able to liaise with auditor, tax agent and banker

To prepare monthly end closing of management report
