Job summary

MON SUPPLY CHAIN SDN BHD in Malaysia is seeking a careful Accounts Executive to support the daily accounting and finance operations of our Singapore outlet(s). The role collaborates with the Malaysia HQ, external auditors and Singapore tax agents.

The position involves daily reconciliations, cash-flow monitoring, monthly schedules, and year-end audit support, with Mandarin required for China-based stakeholder communication and a detail-oriented, independent work approach.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance or related field is required.
• Minimum 1–2 years of accounting experience.
• F&B or retail accounting experience will be an advantage.
• Able to handle basic/full-set accounting.
• Good spoken and written Mandarin is required for communication with China-based stakeholders.
• Responsible, detail-oriented and able to work independently on routine accounting matters.
