Job summary

Jantoco Holdings Sdn. Bhd. seeks a Finance Executive to manage day-to-day financial operations across its investment entities, focusing on holdings accounting, FX adjustments, and multi-currency reconciliations.

You will finalize year-end management accounts, build supporting workbooks for audits, and supervise inter-company transfers while ensuring accurate NAVs. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance (ACCA welcome) with 3–4 years' full-set accounting, SAP

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Studies or ACCA qualification.
• Minimum 3-4 years of full-set accounting experience (investment holding company or multi-currency exposure preferred).
• Knowledge of SAP financial accounting software.
• Intermediate Excel user.
• Experience in an audit firm preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily and month-end accounting for investment portfolios, including disposal of investments/shares and dividend recognition.
• Execute fair value/market value accounting adjustments and handle multi-currency share trading across foreign markets.
• Determine and apply correct accounting treatments for realized and unrealized FX impacts on foreign-denominated assets, cash balances, and trading activities to reflect accurate net asset values.
• Finalize year-end management accounts and build detailed supporting accounting workbooks/schedules for management review and statutory audit preparation.
• Oversee multi-currency related party balances (MYR, SGD, USD, IDR, HKD, etc), reconciliations, vendor payments, and inter-company transfers.
• Assist manager on ad-hoc compliance reviews, compilation/ analysis work and group shareholding structure tracking.

We are seeking a highly proactive, meticulous, and self-driven Finance Executive to manage day-to-day financial operations across our investment entities. In this role, you will go beyond routine transactional bookkeeping to handle holdings accounting-including unrealized/realized foreign exchange (FX) adjustments, fair value accounting for marketable securities, property asset schedules, and cross-border subsidiary reconciliations.

Key responsibilities

Perform daily and month-end accounting for investment portfolios, including disposal of investments/shares and dividend recognition. Execute fair value/market value accounting adjustments and handle multi-currency share trading across foreign markets.

Determine and apply correct accounting treatments for realized and unrealized FX impacts on foreign-denominated assets, cash balances, and trading activities to reflect accurate net asset values.

About you
