Job summary

TLC Houseware Sdn Bhd is seeking an Accounts cum Admin Executive to manage financial transactions, invoicing, reporting, and coordination across multiple operational areas in Malaysia. The role involves handling GL, AP, AR processes, invoicing, and collaborating with CRM and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries and accurate stock data.

Ideal candidates have experience in accounting and administration, with strong attention to detail and the ability to coordinate with multiple departments

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts and admin, managing financial transactions, invoicing, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Process daily financial transactions in GL, AP, and AR.
• Issue monthly invoices and prepare sales/turnover reports.
• Coordinate with CRM on customer requirements, promotions, or consignment arrangements.
• Coordinate with transporters to confirm delivery schedules.
• Prepare stock take data for consignment customers.
