Qualifications

• High school diploma is required; a degree or certification in accounting is a plus.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledgers.
• Enter financial data accurately into accounting software.
• Maintain organized physical and digital financial files.
• Assist with month-end closing and basic reporting.
• Accept ad hoc tasks and handle duties assigned by superiors as needed.
