The ideal candidate has an SPM or equivalent, proficiency in accounting software and Excel, and strong numerical/analytical skills. Independent yet collaborative, you will help maintain data integrity in our seafood business.

Qualifications

• SPM or equivalent qualification in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Proficiency with accounting software and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process and record financial transactions including invoices and receipts.
• Maintain up-to-date accounting records and ledgers.
• Assist with monthly financial statements and reports.
• Reconcile bank statements and clear discrepancies.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• File and organise financial documents in a compliant manner.
• Assist with general ledger reconciliation and balance sheet preparation.
• Process employee expense claims and reimbursements.
• Support senior accounting team with ad-hoc tasks and administrative duties.
• Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures.
