Responsibilities

Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations.
Update accounts receivable and issue invoices.
Assist in preparing balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements per guidelines.
Assist senior accounts executive in monthly/yearly closings.
Enter transactions into the accounting system.
Provide administrative duties including filing and document maintenance.
Perform related duties as assigned by Management.
