Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform month-end closing, including accruals, prepayments, and fixed asset depreciation.
• Handle Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and intercompany reconciliation.
• Manage Foreign Exchange (FX), including realized and unrealized gains/losses.
• Liaise with external auditors and prepare audit working papers.
• Possess knowledge in taxation (Malaysia & International).
• Familiar with Malaysia e-Invoicing (LHDN).
• Basic understanding of Corporate Tax and Capital Allowances.

• Liaise with external auditors and prepare audit working papers (Bank, AR, AP, Fixed Assets, Accruals)
• Possess knowledge in taxation (Malaysia & International)
• Familiar with Malaysia e-Invoicing (LHDN), including MyInvois portal, consolidated e-invoices, and self-billed e-invoices
• Basic understanding of Corporate Tax and Capital Allowances (Qualified vs non-qualified expenditure)
