Job summary

Custom Food Ingredients Sdn Bhd is seeking an accounting assistant to support AP processing, month-end closing and statutory reporting. You will help prepare audit and tax schedules and ensure reconciliation against the general ledger.

The role requires a Diploma in Accounting or related field, with SAP and MS Office knowledge preferred. A proactive, self-motivated and organized candidate will thrive in this position.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a SPM, STPM, Diploma in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
• Knowledge in SAP software will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office application.
• Proactive with sense of urgency.
• Self-motivated, committed and organized.

Responsibilities

• Assist in handling and monitor AP transactions, month-end closing aqnd statutory reporting.
• Responsible for preparing the audit & tax schedule and reconcile against GL.
• Assist on ad-hoc assignments and other related tasks as when required.
