Job summary

MAH SING HEALTHCARE SDN. BHD. is seeking a Finance Clerk to support full-set accounting in a manufacturing environment.

The role covers daily operations, AP/AR processing, month-end closings, and preparation of statutory accounts with corporate tax compliance. You will work with external auditors and assist in tax matters, cash handling, and credit control, contributing to accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Accounting or Finance, has strong communication skills,

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting or Finance with working experience in manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of requirement for Financial Reporting Standard and corporate tax.
• Excellent communication skills and passionate in customer management.
• Work experience in integrated real-time ERP system is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist on handling full set account including daily account operations.
• Responsible for all types of accounts payable, receivable routines, closing stock, book-keeping management and verification of daily income and expenses.
• Perform month end closing e.g., Data entry in accounting system, prepare account schedule.
• Assists on annual statutory accounts, corporate tax and ensure timely compliance & submission.
• Assist and liaise with external auditors on the yearly audit preparation.
• Support the taxation matters of the company.
• Assists in handling bank deposits and collection of cash.
• Responsible for the safety management of cash, cheques and other receipts.
• Monitor ageing collection and credit control.
