Job summary

Cheung Woh Technologies (Penang) Sdn Bhd is seeking an Accounts Assistant to manage AR/AP, reconcile ledgers, and ensure accurate financial cut-offs. The role requires hands-on Excel skills and a willingness to learn SAP, with priority given to SAP experience.

The successful candidate will handle monthly statements, bank reconciliations, and intercompany transactions, and may participate in ad-hoc projects as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years work experience in AR/AP
• Proficient in Excel with pivot, filter, sort, VLOOKUP and basic formulas
• Willing to work near Prai Autocity and learn SAP

Responsibilities

• Fully handle Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
• Ensure sales/purchase cut off
• Reconcile AR/AP sub ledgers to General Ledger
• Generate CN and DN
• Send monthly statements to customers and monitor collections
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliation and maintain cash book
• Assist with intercompany reconciliation and related party transactions
• Support ad-hoc projects as needed

Proficient in excel - know how to use pivot table, filter and sort, vlookup, basic formulas

Willing to work near Prai Autocity

Willing to learn SAP system/candidates with SAP experience will be given priority

Job Requirements
