Job summary

Ong & Wong Chartered Accountants in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Account Assistant to maintain financial records and support daily bookkeeping. You will handle SST submissions, E-Invoicing, and liaise with clients to request documents needed for timely processing.

The ideal candidate has a accounting-related diploma or degree, fresh graduates or up to 1 year experience, and is proficient with UBS and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in accounting/finance or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of accounting experience.
• Proficient in UBS accounting software and MS Office (Word/Excel).

Responsibilities

• Maintain full sets of accounts, including SST submission and E-Invoicing.
• Liaise with clients to obtain documents and information.
• Assist in monthly bookkeeping for in-house operations.
• Ensure timely and quality completion of assigned duties.
• Maintain proper records of documents.
