Job summary

Cynergic Sdn Bhd, a printing and manufacturing packaging materials provider in Malaysia and Southeast Asia, seeks a detail-oriented junior accounting professional to support daily accounting, AR/AP, invoicing, data entry, and filing.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Accounting or Finance, familiarity with AutoCount, Excel skills, and the ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a manufacturing environment with 11-50 employees.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Previous experience in an accounting or finance role is an advantage
• Must be familiar with AutoCount accounting software
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily accounting and administrative tasks
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Prepare invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and other accounting documents
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate accounting records
• Maintain proper filing of accounting documents and records
• Handle stock-related transactions and Goods Received Notes (GRN), ensuring accurate recording and proper documentation.
• Verify GRN details against supplier invoices and purchase orders.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned
