Job summary

Printcious is seeking an experienced accountant to manage a full set of accounts, payroll, and statutory submissions. You will coordinate with auditors, tax agents, and bankers to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Based in Bandar Baru Klang, Selangor, the role requires meticulous attention to detail, 3+ years of experience, and proficiency in SQL/Autocount Accounting and MS Office. A competitive package including EPF/SOCSO is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, Professional Qualification, or equivalent in Accounting or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience handling a full set of accounts.
• Proficient in SQL / Autocount Accounting and Microsoft Office.
• Familiar with Malaysian payroll and statutory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Handle a full set of accounts and prepare accurate monthly financial reports.
• Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
• Prepare monthly payroll and statutory submissions, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB.
• Perform bank reconciliations, data entry, filing, and general accounting administration.
• Prepare year-end closing and management accounts for audit purposes.
• Assist with audits and resolve accounting discrepancies.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and relevant parties.
