Job summary

Bright Prospect in Johor Bahru is seeking an Accounting Support professional to assist with daily financial tasks, including bank reconciliation, invoicing, and updating accounts payable. The role requires a diploma or bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance, solid Excel skills, and meticulous accuracy.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in general accounting, Accounts Receivable, or Accounts Payable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with familiarity in accounting software such as SQL preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in work.
• Well-organized with effective time management skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Bank services/ reconciliation/ update daily transactions
• Pass invoice
• Update AP bill
• Update monthly payment (partial cos will sharing with another colleague)
• Admin (ordering + filling + checking)
