Job summary

Spring Art Industries in Malaysia is seeking an entry-level accounting assistant to support daily financial operations. You will process transactions, reconcile accounts, and maintain organized financial records with attention to detail.

Job description

Processing and recording financial transactions in the accounting system with accuracy and attention to detail

Reconciling accounts and identifying discrepancies or irregularities

Maintaining and organising financial records and supporting documentation in a systematic manner

Assisting with bank reconciliation and cash management tasks

Supporting the preparation of financial reports and statements

Responding to invoice queries and liaising with internal departments and external suppliers

Performing general administrative duties related to the accounting function

Assisting with month-end and year-end closing procedures

Supporting compliance with accounting policies and procedures

What we're looking for
