Job summary

Jasmine Food Corporation Sdn Bhd in Ipoh is seeking an Accounts Assistant to manage stock movements, invoices, and regulatory submissions. You will reconcile daily stock transfers using Accpac and Vansapp, monitor deliveries, and prepare reports for Kawalselia and KPDN compliance.

The role requires attention to detail, independence, and good English/Bahasa Melayu; Mandarin is an added advantage. Ownership of transport is preferred, and a standard office suite proficiency is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM, STPM or Diploma or a related field.
• Proficient in spoken and written English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Good attention to detail, responsible and able to work independently.
• Possess own transport.

Responsibilities

• Record, reconcile, and manage daily stock movements and transfers utilizing Accpac and Vansapp systems.
• Monitor daily delivery statuses and compile undelivered or unreturned invoice reports
• Coordinate and conduct routine weekly and monthly physical stock counts to minimize variance
• Prepare, verify, and submit crucial regulatory reports - specifically Kawalselia and KPDN submissions - on time, and actively support official authority audits.
• Handling any other related matters instructed by management.
