Job summary

Jasmine Food Corporation Sdn Bhd – Ipoh Branch is seeking an Accounts Assistant to support stock movements, reconciliations, and daily transactions using Accpac and Vansapp. The role emphasizes accuracy and timely reporting. You will monitor delivery statuses, compile related invoices, and participate in weekly and monthly stock counts.

You will prepare Kawalselia and KPDN submissions and assist audits. Candidates with SPM/STPM/Diploma and English, Malay; Mandarin advantageous; MS Office skills;

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM, STPM or Diploma in related field.
• Proficient in spoken/written English and Bahasa Melayu; Mandarin an added advantage.
• Familiar with Accpac, Vansapp, and MS Office Suite.
• Detail oriented, responsible and able to work independently.
• Must possess own transport.

Responsibilities

• Record, reconcile and manage daily stock movements using Accpac and Vansapp.
• Monitor daily delivery statuses and compile undelivered/invoice reports.
• Conduct routine weekly and monthly physical stock counts.
• Prepare Kawalselia and KPDN submissions on time and assist audits.
• Handle any other related matters instructed by management.

Job description

Today, Jasmine Food Corporation Sdn Bhd is the leading company in the distribution and marketing of rice in Malaysia with products including fragrant rice, basmathi rice, white rice (imported and local), specialty rice, brown rice, glutinous rice and rice vermicelli distributed through a comprehensive network of dealers nationwide, including high traffic hypermarkets and supermarkets, minimarkets and sundry shops.

Accounts Assistant – Job Scope

Record, reconcile, and manage daily stock movements and transfers utilizing Accpac and Vansapp systems.

Monitor daily delivery statuses and compile undelivered or unreturned invoice reports

Coordinate and conduct routine weekly and monthly physical stock counts to minimize variance

Prepare, verify, and submit crucial regulatory reports—specifically Kawalselia and KPDN submissions—on time, and actively support official authority audits.

Handling any other related matters instructed by management.

Job Qualifications / Requirement:

• Minimum SPM, STPM or Diploma or a related field.
• Proficient in spoken and written English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Good attention to detail, responsible and able to work independently.
• Possess own transport.

Working hours:

Mon – Fri (8.30am – 5.30pm)
