Cat Supermarket Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Accounts & Admin Executive/Senior Executive to support accounting and administrative operations for our growing retail business. The role is hands-on, with supervision of junior staff and a focus on accuracy and compliance in financial activities.

The successful candidate will handle the full set of accounts, assist in month-end closing, and coordinate with suppliers, auditors, banks, and authorities.

Competenze

• 3–5 years relevant working experience (retail/supermarket experience preferred).
• Able to handle accounts independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong knowledge of accounting software and Excel.
• Familiar with SQL & AUTOCOUNT Accounting System & E-INVOICE.
• LCCI/ Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Accounts Admin Executive/Senior Executive

Cat Supermarket is seeking an experienced Accounts & Admin Executive / Senior Executive to support accounting and administrative operations of our growing retail business. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, reliable, and capable of supervising junior staff.

Key Responsibilities

Handle and oversee full set of accounts

Review daily sales, expenses, stock-related costs, and petty cash

Assist in month-end closing, audit, and financial reporting

Supervise junior accounts/admin staff and ensure task accuracy

Monitor compliance with internal controls and company policies

Coordinate with suppliers, auditors, banks, and relevant authorities

Support management in budgeting and cost control

Requirements

LCCI/ Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Familiar with SQL & AUTOCOUNT Accounting System & E-INVOICE

3-5 years relevant working experience (retail/supermarket experience preferred)

Able to handle accounts independently with minimal supervision

Strong knowledge of accounting software and Excel

Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
