Job summary

CURGE ADVANCE SDN.BHD. is seeking an Account Executive to join the finance team in Klang Valley, Selangor. You will handle daily accounting transactions, AP/AR, invoices and bank reconciliations in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 2–4 years of accounting experience.
• Manufacturing experience is advantageous.
• Familiar with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial procedures.
• Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting transactions and bookkeeping
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers and receipts
• Monitor customer collections and supplier payments
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain records
• Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting
• Prepare schedules for audits and tax submissions
• Support payroll-related accounting and statutory contributions
• Monitor expenses and maintain documentation
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, auditors and others
• Perform other accounting and finance duties

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting transactions and bookkeeping
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers and receipts
• Monitor customer collections and supplier payments
• Perform bank reconciliation and maintain accurate accounting records
• Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting

• Assist with SST, tax and statutory submissions
• Support payroll-related accounting and statutory contributions
• Monitor expenses and maintain proper documentation

• Perform other accounting and finance duties as assigned
