Authorize journal entries and ensure proper reconciliations.

To be responsible for preparing monthly Financial Statements.
Ensure management account is submitted by the deadline
To verify all General Ledger Transaction.
Ensure each transaction went in to the correct account code
To assist in preparing budget.
Ensure budget is submitted to KPJHQ in time
To assist in preparing monthly cashflow statement.
To assist in monitoring all the expenses.
To authorize journal entries prepared by account executive.
Ensure double entry is correctly stated
To monitor fixed asset register.
Ensure asset register is tally with General Ledger
To verify all payments made i.e suppliers, consultants, etc.
Ensure all payments supported by approved documents
To verify all reconciliations i.e bank, cash, credit card, supplier, interco, etc.
To monitor closing stock on monthly basis.
To conduct stock count on quarterly basis.
Ensure minimal variance between system and physical.
To be responsibility for the security of the finance service at all time
To keep all information or transactions as confidential i.e banks, suppliers, consultants, etc.
To achieve all departmental and hospital KPI
To ensure trained staff is available at all time to assist in the smooth operation of Finance Services
Carry out other responsibilities or duties assigned from time to time by Finance Manager
Participate actively in any other new service that is introduced
Ensure adhere to Standard People Practice (SPP)
To carry out duties as an employee as stipulated in Occupational Safety and Health Act Regulations 1994:
