Job summary

Haya Gold & Jewellery Sdn. Bhd. in Sandakan invites applications for an accounting role to manage daily transactions, AP/AR, GL, and assist with payroll and audits.

You will work closely with management on retail operations and gold inventory control. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in Accounting or Finance, is proficient in Excel, and familiar with SQL/AutoCount/UBS/Xero. • Fresh graduates welcome; prior accounting experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with SQL/AutoCount/UBS/Xero is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.

Handle daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records for a growing jewellery business. You will assist with full set of accounts, including AP, AR and General Ledger, and work closely with the management team on accounting, retail operations, and gold inventory management.

Key responsibilities

Handle daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.

Assist with full set of accounts, including AP, AR and General Ledger.

Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts and other accounting documents.

About you
