Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Finance Executive (Procure-to-Pay) to join the finance team at First Avenue, Petaling Jaya. This role offers hands-on exposure to accounts payable processes and a clear path for growth within SSC finance.

Key responsibilities include supporting AP operations, processing transactions, ensuring controls, and reporting KPIs. Requirements include a degree in accounting/finance, 1–2 years' experience, Oracle ERP familiarity, and strong English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level accounting/finance degree required or equivalent.
• 1–2 years experience in SSC Accounts Payable or full-set accounts preferred (fresh grads welcome).
• Basic knowledge of ERP Finance systems and G-Suite; strong English communication.

Responsibilities

• Support Accounts Payable team with efficient service to stakeholders.
• Process transactions, investigate issues, and ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure AP controls and procedures are followed; support process improvements.
• Prepare periodic reports and monitor KPIs/SLAs.
• Handle ad hoc assignments as required.

Finance Executive (Procure-to-Pay)

Looking to kick-start or grow your career in finance? We are currently seeking a Finance Executive (Procure-to-Pay) to join a dynamic team based in First Avenue, Petaling Jaya (PJ).

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Accounts Payable team in providing efficient and professional service to stakeholders
• Process transactions, investigate issues, and ensure timely resolution/escalation
• Ensure compliance with Accounts Payable controls and procedures
• Support process improvements and system enhancements
• Prepare periodic performance reports and monitor KPIs/SLAs
• Handle ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Diploma in Accounting/Finance
• 1-2 years of experience in SSC Accounts Payable or full-set accounts preferred (Fresh graduates welcome)
• Basic knowledge of ERP Finance systems and G-Suite
• Good spoken and written English
• Experience with Oracle ERP / Oracle Fusion (Added Advantage)
• Knowledge of Accounts Payable, especially Payment Division

RM3,400/month
