About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Account Officer to join the team at Enermax Specialty Fats & Feedstuff Sdn. Bhd. This is a full-time position based in Seremban 2, Negeri Sembilan. As an Account Officer, you will play a crucial role in managing client relationships, maintaining account records, and supporting the smooth operation of our business within the specialty fats and feedstuff industry. This position is integral to ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining strong business partnerships that drive our company's success.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely updates
• Process account transactions, invoices, and payments with precision and attention to detail
• Respond to client enquiries promptly and professionally, providing support with account-related matters
• Prepare and present regular account statements and reports to clients
• Liaise between clients and internal departments to resolve account discrepancies or issues
• Monitor account activity and flag any irregularities or concerns to management
• Assist in the onboarding of new clients and the setup of their accounts
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with company policies and industry regulations
• Support the development and maintenance of positive long-term client relationships
• Contribute to team efforts and support colleagues when required
