Responsibilities

• Prepare and present regular account statements and reports to clients.
• Liaise between clients and internal departments to resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor activity and flag irregularities to management.
• Assist onboarding of new clients and account setup.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with policies and regulations.
• Support positive long-term client relationships and teamwork.
