Job summary

Right Power Technology Sdn Bhd requires a Sales Account Manager to expand market share in the UPS segment and grow the customer base. You will implement sales strategies, maintain strong client relations, and present product information while coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues and deliver customized proposals.

The role demands 2+ years in sales, fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, and willingness to travel within Klang Valley and assigned state. Prior UPS knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Engineering or Business degree or equivalent.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Mandarin an added advantage.
• At least 2 years of sales experience.
• Experience in UPS knowledge is an advantage.
• Willing to travel within Klang Valley and assigned state.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop new customer for expansion of market share in Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) segment

To grow existing customer database

Implement sales strategies to achieve allocated sales target and objectives

Maintain good relations with customers, advise them of company products, price movements and other developments

Provide comprehensive product information to existing and potential customers

Recognize customer problems and resolves it to customer’s satisfaction directly or through transfer to respective departments for proper resolutions

Prepare customize solution proposal and presentation kit

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, or any other equivalent field.

Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia

Well verse in other language (Mandarin) is an added advantage

At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field or sales is required for this position.

Candidates with UPS knowledge will have added advantage

Applicants must be willing to travel within Klang Valley and assigned state
