Job summary

Right Power Technology Sdn Bhd is a leading producer and distributor of UPS systems and power protection solutions. The role focuses on maintaining product knowledge, creating compelling materials and supporting sales with technical insights.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in product-related roles, strong presentation skills and proficiency in MS Office and Canva. Mandarin is a plus to liaise with China suppliers, and fresh graduates with high potential are welcome.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Information Technology or a related field.
2+ years in product management, product marketing, technical sales or sales support.
Fresh graduates with strong technical knowledge, presentation skills and a willingness to learn may be considered.
Able to translate technical specifications into clear commercial benefits.
Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
Experience in preparing brochures, presentation materials or comparison charts using Canva or similar design tools.
Strong analytical, research, presentation and communication skills.
Able to coordinate with sales, technical, marketing and supplier teams.

Responsibilities

Maintain strong product knowledge, accurate specifications, pricing and sales materials, coordinating with suppliers and principals.
Monitor competitors, market trends, pricing and customer requirements; provide recommendations to management.
Support sales teams with product selection, proposals, technical documents, customer presentations and product-related enquiries.
Conduct product training and update sales/technical teams on new products and changes.
Develop product bundles, promotional materials and campaigns and support launches, exhibitions and events.
Track product enquiries, sales performance, customer feedback and market acceptance; suggest improvements to positioning and sales strategies.
