Job summary

Right Power Technology Sdn Bhd is a leading producer and distributor of UPS systems and power protection solutions. The role focuses on maintaining product knowledge, creating compelling materials and supporting sales with technical insights.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in product-related roles, strong presentation skills and proficiency in MS Office and Canva. Mandarin is a plus to liaise with China suppliers, and fresh graduates with high potential are welcome.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Information Technology or a related field.
• 2+ years in product management, product marketing, technical sales or sales support.
• Fresh graduates with strong technical knowledge, presentation skills and a willingness to learn may be considered.
• Able to translate technical specifications into clear commercial benefits.
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
• Experience in preparing brochures, presentation materials or comparison charts using Canva or similar design tools.
• Strong analytical, research, presentation and communication skills.
• Able to coordinate with sales, technical, marketing and supplier teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strong product knowledge, accurate specifications, pricing and sales materials, coordinating with suppliers and principals.
• Monitor competitors, market trends, pricing and customer requirements; provide recommendations to management.
• Support sales teams with product selection, proposals, technical documents, customer presentations and product-related enquiries.
• Conduct product training and update sales/technical teams on new products and changes.
• Develop product bundles, promotional materials and campaigns and support launches, exhibitions and events.
• Track product enquiries, sales performance, customer feedback and market acceptance; suggest improvements to positioning and sales strategies.

The company provides UPS systems and Industrial Automatic Voltage Regulators, catering to the needs of businesses, education institutions, and commercial establishments.

Job Responsibilities

Maintain strong product knowledge, accurate specifications, pricing and sales materials, while coordinating with suppliers and principals.

Monitor competitors, market trends, pricing and customer requirements and provide recommendations to management.

Support sales teams with product selection, proposals, technical documents, customer presentations and product-related enquiries.

Conduct product training and ensure sales and technical teams are updated on new products, features and changes.

Develop product bundles, promotional materials and campaigns and support product launches, exhibitions and customer events.

Track product enquiries, sales performance, customer feedback and market acceptance and recommend improvements to product positioning and sales strategies.

Job Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Information Technology or a related field.

Preferably 2 years or more of relevant experience in product management, product marketing, technical sales or sales support.

Experience in Smart Cooling Rack, data centre infrastructure, precision cooling, UPS, power protection or related products will be an advantage.

Fresh graduates with strong technical knowledge, presentation skills and a willingness to learn may also be considered.

Able to understand and interpret technical specifications and translate them into clear commercial benefits.

Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word.

Experience in preparing brochures, presentation materials or comparison charts using Canva or similar design tools will be an advantage.

Strong analytical, research, presentation and communication skills.

Able to coordinate effectively with sales, technical, marketing and supplier teams.

Self‑motivated, organized and able to manage multiple assignments within deadlines.

Willing to attend customer meetings, exhibitions, training sessions and site visits when required.

Mandarin-speaker is preferred as this role requires regular communication with China suppliers.

Possession of a valid driving license is preferred.
