Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking an Account Manager to manage key commercial clients in the oil and gas sector, building long-term partnerships and driving service delivery across logistics and storage operations.

You will coordinate with commercial and legal teams, monitor market trends, and identify upsell opportunities for terminal capacity and value-added services to strengthen account performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
• 3-6 years of account management, commercial operations, or business development experience within oil & gas
• Strong understanding of downstream energy markets, petroleum/petrochemical is an added advantage

• Contract & Commercial Management: Oversee contract lifecycles, throughput agreements, storage terms, and service level agreements in close coordination with commercial and legal teams.
• Operational Coordination: Partner with terminal operations, logistics, and marine scheduling teams to ensure seamless cargo handling, vessel laytime adherence, and issue resolution.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor regional oil trading trends, storage utilization patterns, and competitor activities to inform account strategies.
