Job summary

Join LVMH Group in Malaysia as an Account Manager (HORECA) to drive distribution and sales across fine dining and premium Chinese restaurant accounts in the Central Region. You will collaborate with wholesalers and outlet owners to implement channel strategies and deliver distribution, sales, and promotional plans for multiple brands.

Responsibilities

• Ensure optimal distribution of our iconic brands in assigned outlets.
• Maximise brand presence through effective merchandising at trade level.
• Identify potential outlets, negotiate, and implement promotional actions.
• Suggest credit/decor allocation to trade accounts to manage risk.
• Fulfill sales-related targets set by sales management.
• Provide timely information for Aspire updates.
• Engage with Salesforce and QLIK to track Aspire Adoption KPIs.

Your key responsibility is to achieve business objectives and agreed sales budgets across a portfolio of fine dining and Chinese restaurant accounts in the Central Region, while understanding and embracing the company's strategic imperatives in your day-to-day business. You will partner closely with wholesalers and outlet owners to execute channel strategies and deliver distribution, sales, and promotional plans for various brands within your assigned account universe.

Job responsibilities

How you will contribute…

• Ensure optimal distribution of our iconic brands in assigned outlets.
• Maximize brand presence of key products through effective merchandising efforts at the trade level.
• Proactively identify potential outlets, negotiate, and implement promotional actions in line with agreed standards.
• Constantly review and recommend to immediate superiors the appropriate level of credit and decoration to trade accounts to minimize credit exposure risks to the company.
• Fulfill sales-related targets set by sales management.
• Provide timely and accurate information for the updating of Aspire.
• Full engagement with Salesforce and QLIK in tracking and reporting Aspire Adoption KPIs (customer segmentation, callage, surveys, meeting notes, activations, etc.)

Profile
