Job summary

• Experience in sales, account management, or related areas.
• Proven experience in on-trade sales, particularly in managing fine dining and premium HORECA accounts.
• Ability to multitask and manage several responsibilities simultaneously.
• Good understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.
• Effective, agile, and customer-focused with entrepreneurial spirit.
• Strong emphasis on compliance, integrity and social sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Ensure optimal distribution of our iconic brands in assigned outlets.
• Maximise brand presence through effective merchandising at trade level.
• Identify potential outlets, negotiate, and implement promotional actions.
• Suggest credit/decor allocation to trade accounts to manage risk.
• Fulfill sales-related targets set by sales management.
• Provide timely information for Aspire updates.
• Engage with Salesforce and QLIK to track Aspire Adoption KPIs.
