Job summary

Meta Plus Network, a premium wellness and lifestyle brand based in Kuala Lumpur, seeks an Account Manager/Executive/Assistant to support finance and operations. You will handle invoices, reconciliations, and financial records, while coordinating with departments to ensure compliance and efficient processes.

The role requires at least 2 years in accounting/finance and strong Excel and accounting software skills.

Job description

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Account Manager / Executive / Assistant to join our growing team at Meta Plus Network, a premium wellness and lifestyle brand based in Kuala Lumpur.

In this full-time role, you will play a key part in supporting our business operations by managing financial records, coordinating administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth and accurate processes as we expand our wellness and nutrition portfolio.

What You’ll Be Doing

Prepare and process invoices, payment records, and essential financial documents

Handle bank reconciliation and manage accounts payable and receivable activities

Maintain accurate financial records and update internal databases

Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and management reports

Provide administrative and operational support to the finance and management teams

Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure proper documentation and compliance

Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and workflow

What We’re Looking For

Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields

Minimum 2 years of experience in an accounting or finance-related role

Strong attention to detail with excellent numerical and analytical skills

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications

Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently with a proactive and organized work style
