Job summary

Meta Plus Network, a premium wellness and lifestyle brand based in Kuala Lumpur, seeks an Account Manager/Executive/Assistant to support finance and operations. You will handle invoices, reconciliations, and financial records, while coordinating with departments to ensure compliance and efficient processes.

The role requires at least 2 years in accounting/finance and strong Excel and accounting software skills.

Qualifications

• Ter tiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with proactive and organized work style.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process invoices, payment records, and essential financial documents.
• Handle bank reconciliation and manage accounts payable and receivable activities.
• Maintain accurate financial records and update internal databases.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and management reports.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the finance and management teams.
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure proper documentation and compliance.
• Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and workflow.
