Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a recruitment professional to manage full-cycle hiring for IT/software roles. The candidate should be fluent in Mandarin and English, with 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

Requirements include a Diploma in any field and strong communication skills. Experience with ATS and client relationship management is a plus. You will work in a fast-paced environment, independently or as part of a team, serving both candidates and clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in any field, preference for HR/BA related disciplines.
• 1-2 years of recruitment/talent acquisition experience, IT/Software sector preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview Mandarin-speaking candidates for IT/software roles.
• Build and maintain a Mandarin-speaking recruitment pipeline.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and craft recruitment plans.
• Manage full lifecycle from posting to offer negotiation and onboarding support.
• Maintain candidate records in ATS and ensure timely feedback.

Minimum Diploma in any field, with a strong preference for Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines.

Possess 1-2 years of proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar HR role, preferably within the IT/Software sector.

Exceptional Mandarin language proficiency, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with candidates and clients.

Demonstrated experience in managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer negotiation.

Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software is a plus.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Must be fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia in addition to Mandarin.

• Provide exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring clear communication and timely feedback.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market demands, and best practices in IT/Software recruitment to enhance service delivery.
