Job summary

Afiniti Medical Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our sales team in Kuala Lumpur City Centre. This full-time role focuses on managing key client relationships, driving revenue growth and delivering tailored solutions aligned with our products and services.

You will be the main contact for assigned accounts, collaborate with internal teams, prepare proposals, and maintain CRM records.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in account management or business development in healthcare.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of accounts with key clients.
• Identify sales opportunities and drive upsell/cross-sell initiatives.
• Conduct regular reviews and present proposals and quotations.
• Collaborate with product, delivery and support teams for service delivery.
• Track pipeline, forecast revenue and report KPIs.
• Attend industry events to generate leads and raise brand presence.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions in CRM.
