COSMIC CULINARY FOOD SOLUTION SDN. BHD. is seeking an Account Executive (Full Set Account) to join our accounting team in Batu Caves, Selangor. You will manage complete accounting functions for assigned clients, ensuring accurate records and compliance with standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in bookkeeping or full accounting functions within a small to medium-sized accounting practice
• Strong proficiency in accounting software packages and Microsoft Excel
• Solid understanding of the complete accounting cycle, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation
• Knowledge of Malaysian tax regulations and accounting standards relevant to small and medium enterprises
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
• Strong organisational and time management skills to meet deadlines consistently
• Professional communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Certification in accounting or bookkeeping (such as LCCI, AAT or equivalent) is advantageous
• Reliability and commitment to maintaining confidentiality of client information

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain full sets of accounts for assigned clients, including general ledger management, journal entries, and account reconciliations
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions with accuracy and timeliness
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure all discrepancies are identified and resolved promptly
• Prepare financial statements in compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
• Assist with payroll processing and tax compliance requirements for clients
• Maintain detailed accounting records and supporting documentation in an organised manner
• Liaise with clients to obtain necessary financial information and clarify accounting queries
• Identify accounting errors and implement corrective measures to ensure accuracy
• Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
• Assist with audit preparation and provide required documentation to external auditors
