Titan Jadi Sdn Bhd is seeking an Account Executive in Putatan, M12, MY. This full-time on-site role offers growth opportunities in a dynamic accounting team.

Responsibilities include handling full-set accounts, SST reporting, budgeting, and coordinating with auditors and other departments. Strong English/Malay/Mandarin, plus UBS/SQL proficiency, is required. AI tooling knowledge is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Candidate must possess at least a professional/degree/diploma in accounting, finance or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience (auditing experience is an advantage).
• Good written and verbal communication in English, Malay & Mandarin (any dialect) is a plus.
• Proficiency in UBS & SQL accounting software with good computer knowledge (MS Office, etc).
• Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills with a positive attitude.
• Capable of multi-tasking, meticulous, honest, and a strong team player who can work independently within timeframes.
• Willing to travel as required (working area Putatan).
• Knowledge of applying AI tools to accounting tasks to improve efficiency is an added advantage.

Aufgaben

• Handle full set of accounts with accurate, timely monthly closing and reporting deadlines.
• Responsible for SST reporting and timely submissions.
• Maintain proper financial reports and filing systems.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Highlight issues affecting financial performance and propose remedial actions.
• Investigate discrepancies and errors as needed.
• Work closely with other departments as part of the process.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretary, bankers, statutory bodies, vendors, and other parties as required.
• Undertake any ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• 1) Handling full set accounts with responsible for ensuring accuracy, completeness, timely closing, and reporting of the monthly financial reports with deadlines
• 2) Responsible for SST reporting and ensure timely submissions
• 3) Maintain proper financial reports and filling systems
• 4) Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• 5) Highlight critical issues affecting the financial performance and propose remedial actions
• 6) Investigation of discrepancies and errors if any
• 7) Work closely with different departments as part of the process
• 8) Liase with both internal and external parties (i.e auditor, tax agent, company secretary, banker, statutory body, vendors, management and others related parties as and when required)
• 9) Undertake any ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by the superioree
