Job summary

Talent Recruit represents a client, a developer and producer of advanced stainless steels, specialty alloys, titanium and other high-performance materials, seeking an Accounts Executive (Finance & HR Support) based in Subang Jaya to support the Penang operations.

You will handle day-to-day accounting, assist in monthly closings and reports, and help with budgeting and HR records. The role offers AWS 13th month, flex benefits, and insurance coverage.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in accounting/finance.
• 2–5 years of accounting experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting: AP/AR/GL, bank reconciliations, inventory where applicable.
• Assist monthly closings, financial statements and reports.
• Support budgeting, cost control and financial analysis.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents and authorities as needed.
• Assist HR tasks: attendance, leave and employee records.
• Assist in other admin duties to support daily operations.

With their expansion plans, they are looking to fill the position of Accounts Executive (Finance & HR Support) to be based at Taman Perindustrian UEP,Subang Jaya, responsible for supporting the accounting functions of their Penang operations.

Main Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting functions, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Bank Reconciliation, and inventory where applicable.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly closing, financial statements, and reports.
• Support budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis as required.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and relevant authorities when necessary.
• Assist with HR-related tasks such as maintaining attendance, leave, and employee records.
• Assist in other administrative duties to support daily operations.

JobRequirements
