Qualifications

• Requires a professional/degree/diploma in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant accounting work experience.
• Proficient in UBS and SQL accounting software; strong MS Office skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational and analytical abilities.
• Good written and spoken English, Malay, and Mandarin an advantage.
• Willingness to travel; able to work in Putatan and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Handling full set accounts with responsibility for accurate, timely monthly closings and reports.
• Responsible for SST reporting and timely submissions.
• Maintain proper financial reports and filing systems.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Highlight critical issues affecting financial performance and propose remedial actions.
• Investigate discrepancies and errors; address them promptly.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external parties as required.
• Undertake ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by superior.
