KOAY & ASSOCIATES PLT in Penang invites applications for an Account Executive to join our full-time team providing comprehensive accounting and bookkeeping services to our business clients.

You will maintain accurate financial records, prepare statements, and liaise with clients and tax authorities. The role offers flexible hours and growth opportunities within a supportive team environment, contributing to our continued growth in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience with accounting software and MS Excel.

About the role

Join the dynamic team at KOAY & ASSOCIATES PLT as an Account Executive. In this full-time position based in Penang, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive accounting and bookkeeping services to our business clients.

What you'll be doing

Maintain accurate financial records and accounts for clients

Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements and reports

Provide general accounting and business advisory services to clients

Liaise with clients, tax authorities and other relevant parties

Continuously improve processes and provide recommendations to enhance efficiency

Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality service to clients

What we're looking for

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (for example SQL Accounting Software & Autocount Accounting Software)

Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

A proactive and positive attitude, with a willingness to learn
