Job summary

Dynaciate Engineering Sdn Bhd is seeking an accounting professional to monitor daily cash flow, verify vendor invoices, and prepare monthly payments to subcontractors and staff claims. The role requires attention to detail and strong communication with auditors and bankers.

The candidate should have 3+ years of relevant experience, be fluent in Mandarin, and hold LCCI diplomas in Accounting and Cost Accounting.

Qualifications

• Able to work independently without close supervision.
• Good communication and correspondence skills.
• Fluent in Mandarin (speaking, reading and writing).

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily cash flow and petty cash handling.
• Check accounting classifications, bills and invoices for completeness and accuracy.
• Prepare monthly payments to subcontractors, vendors and staff claims.
• Assign expenses to appropriate cost centers.
• Verify half-month labour and subcontractor claims.
• Prepare monthly, annual, and other periodic financial statements and reports.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and bankers.
• Update monthly project status and payments.
• Perform related work as assigned.

Job description

Preparation monthly payments to subcontractors, all vendors and staffs’claim.
